Are my managers breaking the law?

My manager and I were talking and she mentioned how we couldn't talk about wages. As a soon-to-be law student, this felt off. I knew for fact that discussing wages was federally protected. I googled it, just to make sure. The first page I saw was about the National Labor Relations Act(NLRA) and I just read this “Under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA or the Act), employees have the right to communicate with other employees at their workplace about their wages.  Wages are a vital term and condition of employment, and discussions of wages are often preliminary to organizing or other actions for mutual aid or protection.” She told me that when I signed the electronic terms and agreement that I signed that right away. Now, are 2:03am, I'm bothered because reading further on the page I find; “However, policies that specifically prohibit the discussion of wages are unlawful……

What do I do now?
