Are my managers committing wage theft?

Hi, I'm 17 (m) and I live in Ohio. I'm currently working a 15/h fast food job and I work on the weekends. I like it, it's not as bad as my previous job. However a few things have been happening lately that have raised some red flags: I believe I am a victim of wage theft. By state law, a minor can only work 5 hours before they have to be given a 30 minute break. Hi, I'm 17 (m) and I live in Ohio. I'm currently working a 15/h fast food job and I work on the weekends. I like it, it's not as bad as my previous job.
However a few things have been happening lately that have raised some red flags:

  1. I believe I am a victim of wage theft. By state law, a minor can only work 5 hours before they have to be given a 30 minute break. So, instead of letting me take a break or pay me an extra hour, they schedule me for “4:15 to 9:00” or some similar bullshit. Is this wage theft? More importantly, do I have the option to report them to a labor office?

  2. I have not been fully trained. This would normally not be a big deal for me, as it means I overall have to do less work, but being trained on new positions corresponds to a raise.
I have been working there for 7 months at this point and they have trained other new hires before me.

If anyone has any suggestions on what actions I can take, legal or otherwise, please leave them here. I've also been considering quitting but I can't find another job that pays as well in my area.
