Hello! Its my first time posting. My father worked as an electrician for almost 30 years and never complained. Today i found out that other coworkers treat him like shit and never listens to his ideas but they always take credit for them and hes had enough. He dont want to do any more physical work, or go to school anymore. So as the title says what kind of jobs could he do without other education than electrician that pays well and they dont treat him like shit anymore? (FYI we live in Sweden)
