Having a hard time explaining how a 70 hour work week as a line cook for two years couldn't provide me with an apartment and food. Nevermind, the over exertion. I made it happen at a $900 a month rate getting paid $14 an hour. My mom is beginning her 50's while my dad is in his 70's. They're both disappointed in me. I quit about two weeks ago, gave up the apartment, been living in their house, and I'm about to get kicked out/live in my car for a bit. Flat on my ass. Any help in trying to explain inflation/the cost of living compared to how it used to be in this country would be greatly appreciated. They belive in pictures. Thanks.
