Are there benefits that specially unlock for management level roles?

I'm just curious how the benefits package work in the corporate world. Are all employees more of less offered the same level of benefits with the management level employees having a few special benefits added on top of the usual package? For example, if an ordinary employee would have the basic benefits package: 401k matching, healthcare, 15 days of pto… Would a management level employee have basically the same basic benefits package + a few special benefits like vision, dental, paid sick leave, life insurance, etc added on top of the basic benefits package? Or would they have enhanced basic benefits package (higher 401k matching, better healthcare plans, higher number of pto days, etc) as well as special benefits? Do companies that offer different benefits to different employees have multiple employee handbooks as well?
