Due to a technicality, I was denied a sign on bonus I was expecting from my job this week. To make rent, I've been selling plasma, working side gigs, and using credit cards. This sign on bonus would've gotten me out of the hole. Now I'm further in it. Gas prices the way they are, rent being the way it is… I'm so exhausted.
I make 13/hr as an EMT for this company. 13. An hour. I could make more at McDonald's, but I want career experience. Is it really worth it?
I'm so close to a breakdown. Help isn't coming. This is what being an adult is. I want to go back to school, and I'm waiting on the approval to sign up for a class but I'm not sure how I'll pay for that. (So I can get a job to get me out of this.)
I guess I just need reassurance… We're all struggling, right?
