Are we entitled to reasonable measures of privacy at work?

I work in a 1 person office that opens out into a lobby. The lobby has its own camera and can see where I am seated, my computer, etc. I don't have a problem with this camera because its function is to monitor the lobby. However, the camera in the office seems to function as a means to monitor whomever is doing my job. The camera keeps me in center frame. Other members of the building staff don't have this level of surveillance when they're working. I am bothered by it and wanted to see what others might think. Additional context: I'm in the glizzy capital of the Midwest, USA. I work in a commercial office building. No capital is handled at the lobby or by the team. I'm in a Union.
