If you think you've seen it all wait until you read about an employer in Greece.
This employer had army ranks in the company and was calling people by the rank. He also was forcing people to do push ups.
He also had hired a personal trainer to train the employees and was giving certificates in different sports that the employees have been trained for.
I wish I was making this up. You can't make this shit up.
This is quite extreme but quite possible for the situation in Greece
