As someone that just started working, I know realize that more labor = less pay

So I’ve been working in two different restaurants for a total of 3 months (Yh I know, not that much). I recently got this job at a gym where I just need to do customer service and clean gym equipment. The fact that these two jobs are valued the same stupefies me. I couldn’t even handle sweating profusely, carrying heavy boxes, trash management, and washing dishes left by the previous shift for half a year and yet doing less than half the work comes to the same minimum wage?? And I just got a job offer for a call center for better pay. I can’t imagine sitting on your ass while taking calls is worth more than handling shitty customers AND handling food. Sure maybe a call center requires more brain power, but so does maintaining a fucking restaurant. It’s brain + muscle power. Am I misunderstanding the value of…
