A local company is storing improperly contained/ sealed Asbestos containing materials less than 100 feet away from a Day Care's Outdoor play area. I have seen Broken Transite Piping and old asbestos wrap insulation being thrown away, unsealed, next to a trash can. Is that safe/Allowed?
