My boss company works with resident homes and each resident home we get, my boss company gets incentive and rebate back from the US resident home improvement program.
So recently my boss company was offered to do more work on more resident homes, but the new resident homes all do not speak any English and only Spanish. I speak Spanish and so the boss wants me to make a good first impression. Boss wants me to lead. While his crew follow after my intial visit.
I get paid hourly, not commissions. I like where i work.
I want to ask for a raise, but I feel as if she will not give a raise or bonus anyway. Should I ask still ?
I feel like i can make 10 times more money when i do leave . Should i ask another trade ally to become partner with and start fresh ? I'm really confused at this moment and can not put in words. Help please
