Ask to come in 10 minutes early for zoom training

My work is doing a training series called “The working mind” over zoom- (but I have to do it at work in my particular branch). I am picking up extra hours in order to get this done and I am happy for the extra cash. That being said it is being organized by someone I have never met and they sent out an email that irked me. The email said “complete the following steps 10 minutes before the course starts at 10 – Late attendees will not be permitted after 10” I am scheduled 10-3 and I get paid hourly so there is no way I am coming in 10 minutes early for free – I want to email back to explain this without sounding rude – any suggestions?
