I asked for this weekend off for a reason. There’s an event. Typically my job would let me take whatever days I needed/wanted off but recently it’s been pretty bad with new management. I’ve been in the business for the longest (2 years) and I’m burnt out and over it. The culture sucks. I don’t owe them anything I can pack all of my stuff up and quit on the spot. Every time I’ve tried to put my 2 weeks in they always talk me down. I’m over it I’m quitting within the next week. I’m tired
