Asked to get involved more in new job

Started 3 months ago. I make a good salary at but I am fairly busy with a time sensitive workload. I worked 6-8 hours a day, and recently met with our director who told lectured me for an hour about a mistake I made 2 months ago and how I should be more involved even though she doesn’t loop me in on things. I’m not willing to work any harder than I already am, so I told her I work 40 hours a week and my bandwidth is typically pretty full, but I am also still learning so the curve may be slowing me down a bit. How much of a red flag is this? She wasn’t rude, but it was vague and really confusing.
