I'm paid hourly. We can clock in 7 mins before, clock out 7 mins after. However, if one clocks in minutes early/clocks out in that 7 min period, those accumulated minutes do not appear in our paychecks. This is wage theft outright. Also, my hourly pay rate fluctuates about a dollar each check. I smell big, smelly rats here.
