Assistant principal in public charter flirts, has sexual relations with, and retaliates against new female teachers.

I don’t know what to do. It’s an elementary school, the man is clearly a narcissist, somehow power-tripping in this role, and just getting away with it. Is there anything I can do? Or is he just allowed to go on without consequence? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
