At which point did you realize “Yeah, I’m not staying in this job long”

Mine was my third day, I applied for one job and then magically my company changed my job description based off of need. I was supposed to be on the phones for 1-2 hours a day (during people’s lunches) and the last 4 weeks, I have been on them 40+ hours every week. Overnight, I became a customer service rep and get yelled at every other call. I start a new job in a month and I’m beyond excited to get out of here. I’m debating on quitting with little notice since they did that to me. Maybe people are leaving jobs because they apply for one thing and then companies change on them overnight and just force them to be okay with it.
