We work during night time 12 hour shifts in a super busy warehouse which requires heavy lifting constantly. During our breaks we like to nap 20 minutes out of the 1 hour of our breaks. My manager came to the break room and woke us up saying that we need to be alert at all times. On our own break….

Saw a girl quit on the spot at dominos
I went to Domino’s before the Super Bowl to get a couple of things for the game tonight. I walked in and they were already announcing that wait times for carry out pizzas were going to be close to three hours. Luckily, I had already ordered and it was to be ready before the game. The workers there looked tired and rundown. I saw one girl go over to the manager and ask for a break and the manager said no and this girl looked so heartbroken. She walked into the back and started answering phones so she didn’t have to see anybody upfront. A few minutes later she comes back out and talks with another coworker and starts complaining about the situation, saying it had been several hours since she had any break, and says “are they just asking me to quit?” The manager hears this and turns around…

CEO salary decided by employees
Curious to hear what others have to think about this idea that's been on my mind today. There are a few methods for how this could go down, but overall the idea is that that the CEO/business owner's salary is defined by an average of what the other employees think they deserve. Do you think this is doable? By what means would you measure the amount? (Percentage, fixed amount, etc.)
