How would you word it if you want to reject a 1 on 1 meeting? I find it stressful at this point doing too many 1 on 1s. Had a One on One with the manager just two weeks ago. It literally nothing to talk about in this meetings. The job is not a job that requires a 1 on 1 to begin with. What would you do??

College? Why?
On mobile, blah, blah, hope post not removed for. I waited to got to college until I decided what to do. My sister ( 2yr younger & poorer grades) went to college before me. She switched and switched majors costing my parents money. I eventually went, & paid my own way. I changed from a nurse to health information management. I went to a cheaper school that offered a free internship that could guarantee me an entree level job. Did what was required and got an entre level job at $14/hr. My sister never graduated because she made 3+ more as a waitress. I graduated and spent 8 years at a company with one raise of $0.05 (leading oncology center in SW Florida who recently went bankrupt and sold to overseas company) then quit and went to work as a waitress for the- less hours worked, more money. Still owe…
I work in product development as a designer. The company has had insane and and unsustainable growth (+20-30%)ever since I joined 3 years ago fresh out of school. (Of course employees haven’t seen this reflected in wages, 1 billion dollar increase in revenue, no bonuses or raises) With all the growth the entire company is hiring like crazy, my department has doubled in size over 2021. We’ve been actively hiring for designers for the past 6 months. The most recent candidate had 3 years experience (same as me) designing flower pots. I specifically work in a front end group working on complex projects with lots of research, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering partners. So I wouldn’t say we were on equal levels. I was on one of the panels, thought he was a good fit for the team and could grow into the same position as me. I told this…
I gave my rental to my tenant
About a year ago I inherited a rental home and while the estate was going thru probate I just left the account untouched. After everything was settled with the estate I noticed the tenant had been paying rent late and was short each month so I called to let her know I was the new landlord and after looking at my grandpa’s notes it turns out she’s a single mom and scrapping by. Long story short my attorney and accountant are working on “selling” her house for the amount she’s already paid in rent. She’s lived there 6 years, I’ve “owned” for 14months. It’s my house in name only but it’s her home. Fuck you land lords
I AM Able To Work Under Pressure!
Employers read this like, ” Make me your prisoner, make me your slave. matter of fact, I'm ready to die for your company.”
1st time job searching
I've been working for my parents for a year, doing a job I really don't like. We've finally gotten enough employees. I'm now on-call instead of working full time. I don't like the dynamic working for my parents has created. They've given me permission to start job searching since I'm now on-call. And whenever I get a new job I can quit working for them. I'm thinking of looking for data entry jobs. I like the sound of that. But I don't know if they're truly entry level jobs, as I've never done that type of work before and I'd need to be fully trained. If I can't get a desk job like that maybe a stocker at a store? I don't want a super social job. Besides those I can't think of any other jobs to look for. Any advice?
