autistic struggles in the work place

So I've been off work sick with stress for a while, I'm capable of working from home but work won't allow me to do it because my job allegedly can't be done from home. Despite doing it from home for 18 months through the pandemic and the other 2 people who do the same job as me being allowed to work from home. Due to the amount of time spent at home I lost any tolerance I had built up over the years to the noise hypersensitivity issues I struggle with as part of my autism. We also moved to a new office which has issues with echo's because of bare cement walls and ceilings as well as being poor built so everything creaks in the slightest bit of wind. So I signed off sick again. Today I had an occupational health assessment who agree there is no reason I shouldn't ve allowed to work from home. I then had a catch up with work who are disappointed in me be as I haven't gotten over my autism in the time I've had off. So I ended the meeting telling them I'm sorry my autism is disappointing and I'll speak to them once the occupational health report comes through and send over a new sick kite from my GP.

I'm looking forward to them sacking me. Or at least trying to
