I've been working in auto service shops for the past 10 years
No formal education on the matter
I just know what I've touched and I'm pretty good
The more I look at how we're paid the more I see how taken advantage of (example in comments) and with little room for negotiation has anyone had experience with organizing a predominantly republican field of work
There is a shortage in my field and at my last job I advocated for my peers to press for a raise, my self and few other got it
But it just feels like there's no organization and the people with the capital, not the skills run the show
