What a waste of time. You’re telling me we need to talk to 6+ people to make a decision on someone? It’s so pathetic. I had one recently where they didn’t even have the courtesy to stack/consolidate the interviews. One interview or more per day for 4 consecutive days. Remote work has enabled some real bullshit.
