I've been working at my job for almost a year. I took a look at my paystub after a bit and I was being paid under the amount that I had agreed to which was $10.50 (it sucks I know). It took them almost a month and a half to fix my pay but they haven't given me my back pay for the time I was being underpaid which was a couple months ago and I keep reminding them but they seem to say they'll handle it but it never does. And advice?
