I am fine with consenting but I haven't had a chance to sit down with my current manager yet about the two weeks notice.
What will they check for background information (I'm based in NY) of my current employer?
Will they be able to see my current pay rate?
Will they get in touch wit ha department that handles these requests or will they speak with my manager directly?
Very new to this process. I appreciate any and all help as well as any advise. Thank you!!!
