So I’ve been at this job for a couple of months …thought it was a great easy job with nice coworkers and supportive management. I’ve done my best and increased sales (without as much as an acknowledgment) …had multiple positive reviews but I’ve noticed some red flags along the way that I just prayed were just one offs.
Few days ago we got a negative review by a horribly rude customer. Management accused me of going against company policy and spoke to me in the most disrespectful manner. Because of that one review, they also talked to all my coworkers before coming to me directly.
Now we have a meeting set up to address her concerns…I actually don’t ever want to go back there .
Long rant over . Moral of the story is you may try your best and be great at your job but you are just a wage slave to these ppl and the second anything goes wrong you will be the one to take all the blame …even if it’s unfounded.
