It seemed like the perfect position. A 30% salary increase. Working from home permanently. Benefits weren't bad.
Then, the red flags hit. I was too blind to see them. Now, I'm working 9 to 11 hour days and was put on a PIP and I hadn't been there for not even a year.
I'm trying to get out ASAP, while applying to other companies FAST.
I feel stupid taking the position. Last person quit because the environment was horrible. Hopefully I'll follow suit soon.
Just remember folks. Go with your gut. If it's too good to be true, it then it is.
