I accepted a 100% work from home job only to find out week one they are changing to be hybrid. If I knew this, I potentially wouldn’t have accepted the job because I was looking for fully remote. I am so frustrated by this change and I’ve relayed it all to leadership. What is the deal with leadership having such a hard on for working on site?!?!
