What is the process for starting the workers comp process in texas? I have two jobs. My secondary job is the job where an injury occurred this past weekend on Saturday night. Really Sunday morning. I was working a midnight shift that started Saturday night and went into Sunday morning.
My supervisor is jerking me around. Neither her nor her boss will give me the paperwork or the necessary authorization to be seen at urgent care. Them giving me authorization pays for the visit. All they said was, 'Go to Urgent Care to see what type of injury it is.'
Now, I'm sitting here waiting for the authorization and she's bs'ing me.
Any advice?
