Bar industry troubles

I’m reaching out for a friend of mine who is going through a very difficult time, along with her employees. She’s a bar manager for a hot spot in the city and the owner is causing an unsafe and toxic work environment. He is showing up to work drunk and lashing out at the staff. We need ammunition and guidance to bring positive change to this hostile work environment.

Edit* I want to add that this is repetitive behavior. If we don’t do something about this now he’s just going to continue this behavior with whoever he hires. We need to break this now.
