My work has only 1 bathroom with several stalls and a separate room with a single urinal. The bathroom (though it is several stalls) has a lockable door and is supposed to be single use since there is no separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. Is this legal? Realistically, this creates a scenario where there is at most only 1 full toilet and 1 urinal accessible at a time. We have about 30 employees at a time – about 70% make.
