Be careful what you ask for. You might face a r/antiwork member who is not afraid to debate!

I am a french expat in India. As such I am part of a group that exchange useful tips and informations. Yesterday , someone posted a job offer on the group. For a junior position. Asking for 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. I automaticaly reply, saying that asking for a junior position with 5 years experience is not asking for a junior. The person tried to scold me and to make me shut up. Telling me that it was to filter people with too much expectations. That I don't know anything about recruitment and that she was refusing to debate any futher (I probably pissed him off) I answer back, saying that basically it is to filter the non-naiv people and that they are expecting a intermediate/senior position but have the budget for a junior. This morning I recieved pm from a fellow group admin telling they recieved complain from this person to ban me from the group… except that I have all their support. They just ask me to try not to debate for so long next time! ^

And btw I am a business development manager. Recruitment is part of my daily work. So I think I know one thing or two about it…
