We've recently had a new management team take over and they've done a lot of health and safety checks.
They pulled a meeting with the shop floor the other day, to tell us that we need to start wearing special breathing apparatus while working. This is because the fumes being produced are harmful to our health.
The chairman of the company is still the same, but because the management team is different they're saying they won't accept any liability for any health problems to do with breathing because they're a new team. So, it's like telling us the damage has been done, but we're puttin it right now… yay! Lol.
What I also find funny is the condescending notice board on display that we all can see when we clock in, telling us to be more environmentally friendly
