Boss requested a couple of new reports and project plans Thursday evening before my vacation starting Saturday when I already stayed late on Thursday solving last minute rush request for advice.
I had work planned out today already so I did that, and honestly didn't see her request until after I had shut down the computer. I only saw it on my work phone when I was turning on the Out of Office message.
Maybe a year ago I would have turned my computer back on to put together the reports she asked for. It would've been another 2 unpaid hours.
Now? Yeah, no, I didn't see it :/ Sorry not sorry. If you weren't keeping tabs on my work until the day before I left on a vacation, that sounds like a you problem. (Of course I've been working on those projects, but I only report when I need something from her or she asks.)
