Fuck that…this society will collapse if people don't have kids. If people can't afford to have kids government need to pick up the tab or use its monopoly on force to make it so people can afford it!
It is a cornerstone of societal progression and everything that comes from human interaction. There is no future without baby making.
The rising cost of descent living (and even bare minimum survival) has sky rocketed and is a threat of national security!
Tldr: The problem isn't people having kids it's things being too expensive for people to afford kids!
