I’m currently a contractor at a major pharma company. They have decided to end their contract with the company I’m employed through, and instead will outsource my job to India. I won’t have a job in a few mins, but starting next week I’m being told to start training my replacements.
I’m mainly looking to rant, but I’m open to advice. Honestly I’m so angry and upset by this whole situation. I’ve worked here for 5 years, and I feel like I’m being thrown out like garbage. I don’t want to train these people at all. It seems so fucking cruel to do this to me. Can I just be super passive aggressive and be as unhelpful as possibly? I don’t give a fuck anymore.
