Guys, basically the company I work for (not gonna say who) reeled me in when I first got hired and everything was sunshine and rainbows at first. I loved it there. We got gift cards a lot.
Recently, things have started to make a turn for the worst. My specific position we have so many people trained to do so I barely get hours anymore and we also just hired a shit ton of people and we are continuing to.
The manager of my department thinks I am up to no good, when I have done nothing wrong except maybe be a little bit pushy. Working on that and I feel I have improved .I have a friend and coworker working with me. Don’t want to share the specific details but she asked my friend if I was up to no good. I am grateful my friend spoke to me about it. I think they are trying to get me fired.
Growing up, I thought this was the greatest company to work for and I tried sooooo so hard to finally get hired. Now I realize I was mistaken. This company really is not fair to me. I’ve been yelled at and told horrible things. I get treated like shit by customers also. ESPECIALLY OLD CHRISTIAN PEOPLE.
I just – I can’t do this anymore. Does anyone know of a better place to work that pays better and treats their employees with respect?
