Does anyone in WA state have information regarding bereavement pay requirements? Washington state legislation says employees are entitled to 3 days of bereavement pay, but L&I website states that employers are not required to provide any bereavement pay. These two clearly contradict each other and I can't afford to not work right now, so trying to see if I can get at least a few days of pay. Thanks for your help in advance.
