I’ve been working every Saturday for the past 7 months, 10 hour shifts. This Saturday is the first Saturday in a long time that my friend will be in town, and might be the last time for a good minute. Because of my status of employment within the company, I don’t get any pto, so I can’t put in a request even if I wanted to. What would be the best way to call in? I’m leaving soon so I’m not too worried about it coming back to bite me, but I also don’t want to just no call no show. Figured this would be the best sub to ask.
