So I'm submitting my holiday times today and this company that I'm with (new position, less than a year) has a reputation of refusing holiday time off with zero reason given.
I'm wondering how can I politely but firmly inform them that I will 'be unavailable during X,y,z dates and to allocate my pro rata holiday entitlement to those dates?
I've been here around 6 months or so now so I'm well used to them either ignoring emails or trying to wrangle their way out of things so I want to leave no wriggle room for refusal.
