Best Way to Quit a Toxic Work Environment?

A little background: I've been working for the same company for 4 years. In that time, I've been berated, screamed at and treated like shit by my boss. The micromanagement has got to the point of being told how to speak on a conference call. For example, I can only reply yes, no or looking. The verbal and mental abuse is causing such turmoil for my personal well being and that of my team. So I got out of my comfort zone and applied for a position elsewhere. I interviewed while I was on vacation and recently received an offer in a much better work environment and $30k more a year than what I'm currently making. My boss has made it a point to tell me and my team that we would never find better pay and we should be grateful to work there. So in honor of getting ready…
