Best Way to Tell my Boss I am Overworked

The title basically sums up what I am looking for, but just some basic background info – I work at a small sales company around 15 people between 3 locations. Since Covid, we have been extremely short-handed. Some due to how the company handled Covid and some due to them letting people go. at first, the work was getting spread out to the rest of us and it was kind of like 'get done what you can'. But the more I was able to complete, the more it seems like an expected responsibility. Now I am stretched thin and everyday I contemplate just getting up and walking out. I work at a small sales company around 15 people between 3 locations. And it's everyone in sales not just me.

Not meant to trash them, but just for info to the post, the owner was handed this business and doesn't really have any management skills. They did give me 2 raises for $1.00/hr each this year, but it only brings me to $17.00/hr which is well below the national average.

So I guess my question is, what is the best way to say I am overworked? Do I ask for another raise? Do I just say I'm not doing all of this extra work? Do I just walk out and figure it out tomorrow? Kind of stuck mentally.
