I work for a mobile carrier company as a customer care rep and for 20/h (23 in the weekends) plus Amazon/Ups/government level of benefits it’s pretty dope, everyone including your bosses can be treated if they are your friends, you get paid incentives every month (500-800 a month) when you collect money from bills being past due, address every customer’s reason for calling and any adjacent issue and also get paid commission for every phone, insurance, line added that you sell to the customer (is way easier than I thought it was going to be considering is my first sells job) and the best thing is that you go to a 9 week (may vary) training program and they will teach everything about the company, the job, how to actually do it, training calls and real calls and man oh man I cannot ask for nothing better they even got a free gym, pay for college COMPLETELY, you get recognized easy and everyone is there to support you if you need help, truly the best job I’ve ever got, I’ve worked for Mc Donald’s, Amazon and Sunrun and this being my fourth job at 21 is truly a blessing
