I work for Bestbuy. Each year during quarter four we all work out asses off to get into the top fifty stores because if we do we get a bonus. Last year was five hundred. This year? One hundred and fifty. But all the ASM and higher got 20k+ bonuses roughly a month ago. Our CEO sold 1.7m in stock recently but our labor got cut so we don't even have coverage most days. I'm so tired of working my ass off and getting the shit end of the stick.
Edit: forgot to add for the same reason, placing top 50, ASM and above are going to an all expenses paid trip to Disney for them and a plus one and staying at the Gaylord resort for a week at the start of the coming month.
