If you are at all in a position to demand remote work, please do so. The bosses are hurting badly if they can make Biden go on TV and ask for something as deeply unpopular as trying to force everybody back to the office.
Often bosses will give up extra concessions to get people back into the office. Some people will use that leverage to get as much as they can and take the on-site job. I urge you not to do this, if you can at all afford it – do not accept a return to the office under any conditions!
