Big boss wants us to work from 4:30 AM to 6 PM for 4 days.

I’m fucking livid. i got this job at a kitchen a month ago. 6 to 4, 10 hours for minimum wage and unstable hours. sometimes we leave at 4:30 or even 5 PM. it’s shitty and exploitative, but it’s something to do, and I learn a lot (I’m studying to be a chef). I hate it because the workplace is actually on the same page, pretty much everyone agrees that we already work too many hours and that maybe the bosses should have 2 groups/shifts or something, but no one is doing anything about it. and now with this weekend thing, everybody is super fucking compliant and not saying a word about it except for me. it makes me feel like I’m crazy for wanting something that’s literally my right.
