big company, blood pressure

So I work in a big companies warehouse. I'm still a new hire. I'm at work and my chest starts to hurt so I go to the on-site nurse and she checks my nlood pressure and tells me to go to the hospital. I do this. I spend 12 hours in an er waiting room and decide to leave. I go to sleep and then head back to a different hospital. They check me in and I stay there for 3 days. I do this. I spend 12 hours in an er waiting room and decide to leave. I go to sleep and then head back to a different hospital. They check me in and I stay there for 3 days. I call my work and start a LOA request. I was taken off the schedule, not fired mind just off the schedule. So I send in my doctor's excuse from the hospital from my cardiologist. HR tells me that the form is incomplete because it did not contain a diagnosis. I told them today is the standard excuse written by the hospital and they don't need an excuse. They continue to demand it, until I threatened a lawyer 2 weeks in. SUDDENLY I'm back on the schedule I feel like they were trying to wait me out so they could say I quit. Now someone else from hr is demanding my diagnosis. BTW they outsourced hr to India so I doubt they actually communicate with eachother.
