I am hourly full time not a 1099. Today my manager told me “those drill bits we got you, I had to convince upper management to let you buy them, as certain tools we dont buy” Took all self not to say that the job wouldn't have been completed if I had to buy tools. I'm fed up, management is getting a long email about how I am unhappy and what I am doing + current salary wasnt what I was told in the interview process.
