I was really happy to get an email for an interview earlier this week. I’ve been trying to break into Bioengineering for the past year since I graduated with BoS. This guy just cancels the interview 2 hours before hand. I am so disillusioned with this industry and science in general. I’m a native American applicant and ever since changing my profile to say white, I’ve been getting actual callbacks to my applications. Even then, it’s apparently not enough. Fml
