I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Most of my symptoms have been manageable but are getting worse over time. I can’t just call off without giving a reason as to why I’m calling off, but I’m getting put on Lithium for a month and I’m concerned about how my body and my mental state will react to the medication. I have an LTD buy-up plan but I’m not sure how it works entirely. What’s the best way to go around this?
