First time poster here, but recently I was laid off by a company going through restructuring. I put a review on Glassdoor about the negative experience I had and was applying around to other places. Fast forward a month and I get an interview at a place that I didn't realize was a contractor for this same company I was let go from. The contractor called them up and the company was supposedly pissed that I put up a negative review about them.(it's a small industry) I got the job offer provided I take down the review, but than because it takes up to 72hrs for the review to go down the company rescinded the offer because the review was up still a couple days later. I live in Montana(a non-at will state). Is there anything I can do? Thank you in advance. I did look up blacklisting on the Montana Gov website and it does exist.
